We send parcels by courier GLS, Poczta Polska and InPost parcel machines.


The cost of shipping via GLS is from PLN 15.00.
Time of delivery from the moment of sending GLS Courier - 24 hours


The cost of shipping by Poczta Polska is from PLN 15.00.
Delivery time from sending is 48 hours.


The cost of shipping to the InPost parcel locker is PLN 9.99.
Delivery time from sending is 24 hours.

We only send parcels to InPost parcel machines that are housed in a parcel locker. If there is no parcel delivery option when ordering, it means that there is no possibility of such a shipment.

By choosing the type of delivery "GLS courier, POLISH POST, or InPost parcel machines" you have the option of tracking your parcel.

For this purpose, immediately after the parcel is sent, we send you an e-mail with the number of your consignment note and a link that takes you to the courier company's website. You will get there information on the current status of your shipment.



When receiving the goods, confirm with the signature its receipt. After confirming the goods become your property.

Remember that you have the right to assess the condition of the product and its compliance with the order in the presence of the courier. This can only take place after you receive the package and pay for the goods (in the case of cash on delivery).

If you notice any damage to the goods, make a damage report in the presence of the courier containing a description of the damage. Damaged goods can be returned to the courier together with the sales invoice. The cost of transport is then borne by our company. When the item is in our warehouse again, it will be replaced with a new one, and the parcel will be sent again at our expense.

In the case of damage to the product at a later time, follow the warranty rules.


Personal collection of ordered goods is available in our company's salon Menua.pl in Warsaw at ul. Trakt Lubelski 410 tel. 882 935 947 after having made a call and informing that the goods are ready for pickup.

The customer should pick up the ordered goods within 7 days from the moment of getting information from the store that the goods are ready for pickup. After this date, the store may sell the goods to another customer.
